2. Services
AMG Express provides coast to coast vehicle transportation services in the United States depending on truck availability . Full details are described in your contract.
3. SMS Terms and Conditions
By entering into a contract with AMG Express LLC, you opt in to receive from us SMS messages . You consent to receive messages about your shipment status, payment reminders, offers, and shipment notifications.You can opt out at any time.
3.2 Types of SMS Communications
If you have consented to receive text messages from AMG Express, you may receive messages related to the following:

Standard message and data rates may apply per your carrier’s plan. International messaging fees may vary.
3.5 Opt-Out
Reply STOP to any SMS to unsubscribe. You may also email us at admin@amgexpressllc.com to be removed from SMS communications.

5. Vehicle transportation
- The shipper (the customer) verifies that this vehicle is free of contents as federal regulations prohibit knowingly transporting vehicles with personal items in the passenger or trunk compartment. If such items are transported, it is without the knowledge of AMG Express LLC and the shipper assumes sole responsibility for any possible fines, levies, and/or other losses. The transporter will not be responsible for loss of any such items left in the vehicle by the shipper.
- All dates quoted by AMG Express LLC are approximations, not guarantees. The transporter does not agree to transport shipment in time for any particular market or event and will not be responsible for loss or damages occasioned by unavoidable delays. There are absolutely no guarantees made, expressed or implied.
- Rental reimbursement will not be granted under any circumstances.
- The shipper agrees that their vehicle is insured and their insurance has primary responsibility.
- AMG Express LLC will not be responsible for:
Damage caused by leaking fluids, (battery acids, brake systems, cooling systems, antifreeze solutions, etc.) industrial fallout and acts of God.
Damage caused by freezing of engine, cooling system, and/or batteries.
Damage that result to the vehicle from the tie-downs breaking or tearing
Any damages to mechanical and/or electrical functions, including but not limited to:
engine, transmission, rear end, motor mounts, drivetrains, wiring systems, cooling systems, window motors, radios, stereo systems, power steering, air bags, brake system and/or its cables, clutch and/or its cables, engine tuning, computerized systems, alarm systems, any switch, alignment or suspension, etc.
Any exhaust system, mufflers, or tail pipes.
Convertible tops that are loose, torn, or have visible wear. The transporter will not be responsible for vehicle boots, caps, masks, bras, or any other type of canvas or material covering.
Damage not detected at pickup location due to weather, lighting, or vehicle too dirty to inspect.
Damage caused by fluids or object flying up from the road, or out of the sky
Glass damage caused by road debris.
Damage caused by vandalism during transport.
Plastic bumper brackets that have been broke or loosened from scraping or bumping curbs.
* Please note that transportation could weaken any preexisting damages. - The shipper is responsible for preparing the vehicle for transport. All loose parts, fragile or protruding accessories, low hanging spoilers, etc. must be removed and properly secured. Any part of the vehicle that falls off during transport is the shipper’s responsibility, including damaged caused by said part to any and all other vehicles involved.
- The shipper is responsible for completely disarming any system installed in the vehicle. The shipper must provide keys to any alarm system. In the event the car goes off, the transporter is required to silence the alarm by any means the transporter or transport driver deems reasonable and effective.
- The vehicle owner or the shipper shall, in their absence, designate a person to act as their agent at the point of pickup and/or delivery, if for any reason they are unavailable.
- The transporter will inform the customer prior to delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to have the full payment when the transporter’s driver arrives in order to affect pick-up and delivery, the customer agrees to meet the transporter’s driver at any specified time and place.
- All payments for transport must be in the form of Cash or Zelle payable to AMG Express LLC. The customer agrees that if the payment cannot be made by Cash, CashApp, Money Order/Cashier’s Check or Zelle, the vehicle will be stored at the customer’s expense. Should the customer be unable to accept delivery for any reason, the vehicle will be placed in storage.
Any and all storage and/or delivery charges will be the responsibility of the customer. - The customer agrees that should the vehicle become inoperative for any reason during the transport a charge of $200.00 will be added to the transport charges and be collected at time of vehicle delivery.
- The customer agrees that this is the only contract between the parties governing this transport and no other agreement or contract is in effect. No claims for legal action of any kind may be initiated against transport’s agent(s) or the transport broker (if any). Claims for damage must be made to the transporter. All claims will be settled at actual cost.
- Exceptions for damages must be noted on the Bill of Lading at time of delivery. A claim for damages not documented on the Bill of Lading will not be honored. All claims must be made in writing with supporting documents within 15 (fifteen) days of delivery with the statement of specific damages claimed. All claims, subrogation, litigation, or legal action must have right of venue in the state of North Carolina, Mecklenburg County.
- If access to customer’s address is restricted due to restriction of commercial vehicles in residential areas, or any kind of limitations that present a safety hazard such as: tight access roads, dead end roads, highly inclined loads, etc.: then customer must agree to meet the driver at an agreed place close to destination.
- In case vehicle is not ready for pick-up/delivery when driver gets to its origin/destination AMG Express LLC has the right to charge the customer a waiting fee of $200.00/hour (first 1 hour(s) free).
